Core Foundational Strategy:

The heartbeat of the business is what brings a vision to life. Identifying the core of the business and the core essence of the business is key to sustaining the vision. During the core foundational strategy, we will identify the aspects of the company that need to be brought to life to sustain its vision, and we will identify the aspects of the company that are out of alignment with its core vision.

Communications Strategy:

A communications strategy includes a key component, the voice of the company; it’s what the core message is and is at the heart of the communication. It includes a center in which the message is delivered to the world. Once the voice of the company is identified, other aspects such as the type of communication vehicle necessary, can be determined.  The communication strategy needs fluidity, and the voice is a vehicle in alignment.
